Peter Kiploks, Founder

Peter has over 30 years of experience in recruitment, career transition and HR management, including industrial relations. This experience has been gained in the steel industry and through consulting to a wide range of industrial and commercial clients.  He has developed expertise in search-led recruitment, relying on many networks and a persuasive approach to promote clients and their role opportunities.  Peter’s expertise in career transition includes counseling graduates through to mentoring executives, job search programs for a wide range of professionals and customising promotional documents which captures an individual’s “value add.”

An outcomes focused, mentoring approach is utilised to jointly source new employment opportunities.  This includes acting as an “advocate” for the individual, who is typically employed (and “time poor”) and/or for whom it is strategically advantageous.

Richard Want, Founder

Richard Want is the principal of Kendall Want Associates. He is also Director of Operations with a company specialising in survey production and reporting solutions. He has a substantial career spanning 25 years in psychometrics i.e. the metrics of psychology. The foundations are the objective analysis of how personality, personal style, motivation and aptitude affect the ways that people interact within the workplace and subsequent performance improvement.

Richard has supported numerous organisations in the commercial, Government and industrial sectors. With the “know how” to translate the science of behaviour into effective interventions, he has been involved in several large scale business integrations and culture transitions. Demand is also increasing for on-line survey work – users sign up for their own online Dashboard which offers total administrative capacity to manage existing surveys (or select from a list of available surveys) and access fully customised reporting. If bringing their own survey/s, these will be built into the Dashboard’s existing infrastructure with built-in reporting requirements. User/Administrators of the Dashboard are able to tailor output reports into purposeful structure, whether it be for financial, cultural, employment, engagement, leadership or other purpose; the uses for such time saving output production into a pre-existing model or presentation format are endless, whether it be for individual or group purposes. Such innovative cloud based technology enables sophisticated survey and reporting functionality and is leading the way for more and more enterprises looking to save time and money when it comes to one of the most powerful and customised survey solutions available.

Richard is a sports enthusiast and actively “participates” with his young children; whether it be soccer Referee, Coach or supporter! Downtime permitting, he enjoys yoga and meditation.
